Years of experience and various expertise combined in the regional policy team ensure the Upbeat Hub’s capacity to deliver a range of services to support clients in creating solutions and innovating products. We provide services to regional branch offices of corporations, companies, public institutions, local governments, international and national non-governmental organizations.

Workshops for creating and enhancing solutions

We organize co-creative workshops that, depending on the needs of clients who invest in creating sustainable solutions and products, can be organized as local, national or regional multi-day workshops.

The purpose of the service may be to elaborate the use of the product, the solution for service in relation to the needs of the community or the development of the local economy and social entrepreneurship. For the needs of the organization, Upbeat Hub has developed cooperation with a number of civil society organizations in the region with whom we are able to bring together young people of different profiles who would participate in the workshops. Divided into teams, they are methodologically driven to produce solutions that are ultimately pitched to clients.

Capacity building

The individual expertise of team members enables interested clients to use them in developing their own and the capacities of their target groups. This expertise relates to the development of business skills and competences, Co-Creative design solution training, support in drafting internal acts and establishing management on EU projects, innovation of strategic plans.

The room capacity is 8 to 10 people, and it is designed to provide external users with unhindered working conditions, refreshment service and an inspiring view of Podgorica. The special advantage of the Upbeat hub event room is the equip space that is isolated from the working areas and designed to provide accommodation of workshops, meetups, presentations and trainings for up to 30 guests. The whole space is equipped with sound and equipment for simultaneous translations. Beside space and equipment, we can offer you full services.
